Fee Structure
All fees are custom-negotiated per operator based on transaction volume, corridor, and monthly targets.
ℹ️ There are no publicly listed fee rates. Your fees are private and agreed exclusively between your business and Nolubz during onboarding. Contact ndapi.admin@nolubz.com to request a custom fee quote.
What's covered in your fee agreement
| Fee Type | Basis |
|---|---|
| Deposit Fee | Deducted from each inbound virtual account payment — net balance credited to your account |
| Withdrawal Fee | Applied per outbound transfer — based on your volume tier |
| Monthly Minimum Fee | Applies if monthly transaction volume falls below agreed target |
| Infrastructure Fee | Applied per transaction to cover payment processing costs |
✅ Internal Nolubz-to-Nolubz transfers are free of charge.
